1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and emai4 ("Platform"). Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. emai4 has a zero-tolerance policy towards underage users and will immediately close any account found to be in violation of this requirement.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Process: All members are required to complete the identity verification process before making their first withdrawal. Documents that may be requested include a copy of an identity card, passport, or valid travel document, as well as proof of current address.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred, shared, or used by anyone other than the registered owner.
• Registration information must be accurate and updated whenever changes occur.
• Emai4 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

3 Account Management

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes using a strong password, not sharing your login credentials with anyone, and ensuring you log out after each session — especially when using public devices.

Password & Security: emai4 recommends using passwords that combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly encouraged for all accounts as an added layer of security.

• Any unauthorised activity on your account must be reported to the emai4 support team within 24 hours.
• Emai4 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from your negligence in safeguarding your account.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to maintenance fees or automatic closure.
• Members may contact customer support to temporarily freeze their account if suspicious activity is suspected.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Emai4 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and many other options. All transactions are processed through secure channels with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes. emai4 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request. All withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 to 30 minutes on business days. A completed KYC process is mandatory before the first withdrawal is approved.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Emai4 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits for compliance purposes.
• Withdrawal requests pending for more than 24 hours must be reported to customer support.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Emai4 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonus offers are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements as specified in each promotion's terms. These requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus funds can be converted to a cash balance and withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus is granted only once to new members registering for the first time. It cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

• All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Emai4 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• The use of abusive, threatening, or offensive language in any communication with the emai4 team or other members is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or abuse the platform's systems is a serious offence that will be reported to the authorities.
• Identity fraud, use of false information, or impersonating another person is strictly prohibited.
• Members are not permitted to conduct any money laundering or illegal financial activities through the emai4 platform.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Emai4 takes member privacy very seriously. All personal data collected during registration and platform use is stored securely using the latest encryption technology and is only used for the purposes stated in our Privacy Policy.

Your data will not be sold, shared, or transferred to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or to process your transactions.

9 Limitation of Liability

10 Account Closure & Termination

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the emai4 customer support team. Prior to closure, all valid cash balances will be processed for withdrawal once the relevant conditions have been met.

Emai4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of fraud, misconduct, or illegal activity conducted through the account.
• The member is found to have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• A request has been received from the relevant authorities to investigate or freeze the account.
• Account is used for purposes other than legitimate personal entertainment.

Upon account termination, all bonus balances with unfulfilled rollover requirements will be forfeited. Valid cash balances will be returned once the investigation is concluded, provided no violations are proven.

• Self-Cooling Off: Take a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

12 Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

Emai4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Notice of changes will be sent to your registered email or displayed as an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in situations that require immediate action.

Continued use of the emai4 platform after the effective date of any term changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the new terms take effect.
